Pennystocks:  Tell us about the 24 Brand HAND SANITIZER and what makes your product unique?

John O’Shea:  Our 24 HAND SANITIZER is fast-acting, alcohol-free and formulated to kill 99.99% of germs, bacteria and viruses on contact. In addition to eliminating germs that are present on the skin, our sanitizer has been formulated and enhanced with a proprietary compound called Zetrisil® which provides an un-surpassed long-lasting nano-protective barrier on your hands while the added Aloe Vera gently moisturizes your skin. 

24 HAND SANITIZER Gel kills 99.99% of the harmful germs that comes in contact with by disrupting the outer cell membranes resulting in a physical kill. This physical kill ensures microorganisms don’t adapt or become resistant over time.  Not only does 24 HAND SANITIZER eliminate germs that are present on the skin, the proprietary nano-protective barrier Zetrisil® provides a persistent activity that helps prevent re-contamination, sort of like a long-lasting shield of protection on the skin.

Pennystocks:  Is 24 HAND SANITIZER suitable for families with children?

John O’Shea:  Yes, it’s great for families and perfectly safe for kids. Especially because of its alcohol-free formula.  Most hand sanitizers contain high percentages of alcohol to poison germs, generally over 65%. This creates a highly flammable, poisonous mix that carries with it a risk of danger if ingested. Most moms and dads would prefer to not have to give their kids a big dollop of alcohol sanitizer 6+ times a day since it only lasts for 30 seconds, and then once you’re out in public you are susceptible to re-contamination.  Think about it, with alcohol sanitizer, it’s getting ingested into a child’s skin.  What parent wants that?  AND, the number of calls to poison centers has gone up due to ingesting of alcohol based hand sanitizer.  Furthermore, constant use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers can have the effect of drying out your skin, leading to irritation and cracking. 24 HAND SANITIZER is water-based and contains no alcohol. It’s also non-flammable and non-poisonous, making it more effective & safer hand sanitizer for the whole family and especially great for kids with its long-lasting protection from one application

Importantly, it’s MADE IN THE USA, whereas a lot of the Alcohol based sanitizer is being shipped in from overseas, like China.

Pennystocks: What is Zetrisil®?

John O’Shea: All our products are formulated and enhanced with Zetrisil® which is a unique nano antimicrobial technology that creates a shield of protection on your hands and provides persistent activity that helps prevent re-contamination of harmful germs that your hands may come into contact with in between washings.  The persistence of 24 HAND SANITIZER has been shown to remain effective for up to 24 hours.

Pennystocks: Who is the target market for this product?

John O’Shea: The target market is quite large, with the global community facing reality of changing lifestyles and incorporating virus safety precautions as part of everyday life. Upon governments, States, and local communities re-opening, everyone has safety, precaution and protection on their mind as they re-enter the public domain, especially with their children.  In efforts to keep people safe, many establishments have developed new protocols which include sanitizing prior to entry of public spaces, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.  We intend to focus on direct to consumers through our online retails store as well as the commercial side such as with business owners, hospitals, medical professionals, doctors, school administration, restaurants, universities, school directors, Government health and safety, transportation, shopping centre management and families.

 Where can you buy the product and in what size tubes?

John O’Shea: It will initially be available at our new online retail store anticipated to launch next week. We also anticipate numerous 3rd party websites will carry it.  In terms of size or amount of product, initially our Gel will come in 2oz and 8oz tubes.

Pennystocks: As you know, hand sanitizer has been a hot commodity with very strong consumer demand.  Do you have sufficient inventory, and what does your retail pricing look like?

John O’Shea:  We have invested in inventory utilizing our supply agreement with a specialty chemicals company where we buy direct, and currently have 20 55 gallon drums of our Hand Sanitizer.  Basically, one drum will make about 3,520 tubes of the 2oz or 880 tubes of the 8oz.  So, for example, if we did ½ of each, that would be 35,200 2oz and 8800 8oz tubes.  We anticipate the suggested Retail price will be $6 for the 2oz and $15 for the 8oz. 

Pennystocks: Do you have other products to be rolled out?

John O’Shea: Yes, we recently entered into a supply agreement with a specialty chemical company, that has developed a platform of patented and proprietary anti-microbial formulations for numerous applications.  As part of our agreement we have access to dozens of unique, proprietary sanitizing and disinfecting products for personal, home and commercial use, all formulated and enhanced with Zetrisil®.  Additional products we look to roll out in the near future include a hospital grade hard surface cleaner for industrial/commercial use and a laundry care product.  The hospital grade hard surface disinfectant/cleaner with Zetrisil® is an especially interesting product we look to roll out, and is currently being used by numerous hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, gyms and workout facilities, etc.  The laundry care product is something we are also excited about as you simply add it to what you are already using and by doing so, you have now added a layer of protection to your clothes against germs, bacteria and virus..  The product is great for both home use and for commercial such as hotels and hospitals that are doing a significant amount of laundry.   Both products have been tested to have up to a 28 day kill effectiveness.  

Pennystocks: Are there any disadvantages to non-alcohol hand sanitizer?

John O’Shea: Really, there are none as it relates to quality and performance.   In fact, on a monthly usage basis, when u have to use alcohol based sanitizer many times during the day, compared to ours which is long lasting, 24 HAND SANITIZER ends up being far less expensive per bottle over the course of monthly and/or long term use.

Perhaps one disadvantage may be that the active ingredient BZK is in significant demand and currently somewhat difficult to come by.  Unless you have a supply agreement, like we do, with a manufacturer or chemical company, you may not have a steady supply of product at a time when there is significant demand.

Pennystocks: What sort of regulatory registrations do your products have?

John O’Shea: As you may know, hand sanitizer is an Over the Counter Drug, which requires products to be FDA Registered.  Our initial product launch of our 2oz and 8oz 24 Hand Sanitizer Gel are FDA Registered with an accompanying unique National Drug Code numbers (NDC).

Pennystocks: How do you plan on marketing, creating awareness and driving sales?

John O’Shea: We have developed a very focused strategic marketing plan including digital, advertising, and social media practices, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and SEO, This is all going to be directed to our new online store for the purpose of building product awareness, driving traffic to the site, and building sales of the company’s branded products.

We intend to fully leverage our recently announced transaction with Cicero Transact with our upcoming new product releases and launching of our new online retail store.  Under the agreement, Cicero will supply Cyios initially with 2,500,000 records of business owners, medical professionals, pharmacists, restaurateurs, janitorial supply companies, cleaning services, hospitals, property and building management companies, and other key demographic targets that suit the Choice Wellness products.

Pennystocks: Finally, how does the current pandemic  impact your launching your new brand?

John O’Shea: As economies around the world open back up, people all over the globe are faced with the reality of changing lifestyles and incorporating virus safety precautions as part of everyday life. Recent industry reports suggest that the worldwide market for hand sanitizers, at $2.7 Billion in 2019, could exceed $36 Billion by 2026.

We anticipate that our 24 HAND SANITIZER with a longer-lasting formula that provides consumers, families and especially children with a safer alternative to alcohol-based sanitizer will grab market share in what appears to be a large and growing market opportunity that’s here to stay for some time.
